RETURNS

All sales for coffee, non-coffee beverage and condiment are final – we cannot accept returns for Nitro Flushed products. In the unfortunate event when our merchandise suffers damage due to transportation condition, fulfillment error or simply does not meet your satisfaction, our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and the application submitted within 30 days of your purchase. All eligible returns will be processed for refund. No exchange. To initiate a refund, please use Contact Us form to submit your request and state the condition of the merchandise and your reason for returning.

 

REFUNDS

Any eligible returns will be processed immediately after your return is received and inspected. Should a rejection of your refund occur, an explanation will be disclosed; otherwise a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Return amount is the equivalent of the original price paid. In the event where the merchandise in question was purchased as a part of a promotion, the amount for refund is calculated by deducting retail prices of other items from the original price paid.
